Stepan Chop is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in sales and business development across various technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Eastern EMEA at Databricks, Stepan has led initiatives to expand the company's presence in the Adriatics, CEE, and Türkiye since January 2022. Prior roles at Databricks include managing teams for Digital Natives and Emerging Enterprises in Southern EMEA, significantly enhancing market presence in France, Italy, and Spain. Before Databricks, Stepan held several key positions at Google, including Head of Corporate and Channel Sales for Australia and New Zealand, and Head of Inside Sales for Emerging Markets. Stepan's earlier career includes program management at Hilti and leadership roles in the media industry and publishing.
