Luz Mery Martínez Amézquita has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Luz Mery co-founded Datacasas Proptech in 2017 and currently serves as the COO. Prior to this, they worked as the COO at SpainClick starting from 2015. Before that, Luz Mery held the position of Hotel Commercial Manager at Aviatur S.A. from 2013 to 2015. Luz Mery also served as the General Manager at Hoteles Avia from 2012 to 2013 and as the Operations and Marketing Manager at Hoteles Avia S.A. Aviatur S.A. from 2010 to 2012.

Earlier in their career, Luz Mery worked as an Account Manager at Sofitel Luxury Hotels and Resorts from 2008 to 2010 and at Accor from 2006 to 2008. Luz Mery began their professional journey as an Events Coordinator at Aviatur in 1999, a role they held until 2006. Throughout their career, Luz Mery has gained valuable experience in management, operations, marketing, and coordination.

Luz Mery Martínez Amézquita began their education in 2008 at Universidad EAN, where they pursued a Bachelor of Marketing Academic degree with a focus on Business Management and Business Strategy. Luz Mery completed their studies at this institution in 2013. In 2015, Luz Mery Martínez Amézquita attended HubSpot Academy and obtained certification in Inbound Marketing Methodology, with a specialization in Marketing. Subsequently, in 2016, they attended Universidad de Los Andes for a short period to acquire knowledge in Fundamentals in Finance Academic, concentrating on Economics.
