Sipho Mtshweni

Sipho Mtshweni is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in desktop support and ICT services. Currently serving as a Desktop Support Engineer at Datacentrix since June 2018, Sipho previously held roles as an ICT Support Engineer at IIE Rosebank College and a Desktop Support Engineer at BankservAfrica. Responsibilities have included troubleshooting network hardware, monitoring ticket requests, assisting users with device connectivity, and managing software licensing. Sipho also completed an internship at Bayajula, demonstrating self-motivation and teamwork skills. Sipho holds a National Senior Certificate and a Btec Higher National Diploma in Information Technology from Heriot-Watt University.
