Zufishan Kiran has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Assistant Manager and Operations Team Lead at DataCheck (Pvt) Ltd. since December 2014. Responsibilities include supervising the Customer Support Team, preparing departmental performance and monthly MIS reports, conducting User Acceptance Tests (UATs), and addressing customer queries and complaints. Zufishan has also created training materials, managed compliance with ISO 27001-2013, and developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational activities. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Officer in Operations at DataCheck (Pvt) Ltd. from November 2007 to 2014, and as Associate Editor at Pakistan Press Foundation (PPF) from December 2004 to April 2005. Zufishan holds a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Karachi University.

We are a consumer credit bureau that was set up in the private sector in 2001. The bureau works with the financial institutions of Pakistan assisting them in making sound credit decisions by providing them credit reports on borrowers and analytical tools that help them better monitor the health of their loan portfolios. The bureau, which was the first of its kind in Pakistan, started as a negative only data reporting service but in 2007 we started to collect and report positive data as well. In 2008, with assistance from the International Finance Corporation we launched Credit Scoring service, a tool that is most extensively used by our members in predict customer default. There are 27 member banks that avail of our consumer bureau service and that includes all major institutions. In Oct 2013 we launched the micro-finance credit bureau that serves as a platform for lenders to the micro-finance industry for sharing information on borrowers at the national level. We have 55 members availing our service which includes both banks and non-banks.
