Barend Nel is an experienced leader in application assurance and strategic management, currently serving as General Manager at Datacom, where responsibilities include shaping strategic direction and overseeing a diverse team across New Zealand in various technology domains. Previously, Barend was the Founder of NorWest Customs, which innovatively transformed the tyre market in New Zealand, and held managerial roles at Fonterra, Woolworths Supermarkets, Air New Zealand, and various consulting positions.
