Prior to this position, Zulfan gained valuable experience at Telkom Indonesia in early 2021, focusing on network area and information system operations, with specific involvement in fiber-to-the-home network installations and database management for FTTH users. Zulfan holds an associate's degree in telecommunications engineering from Politeknik Negeri Bandung, awarded in 2021.
