Lauren Richardson

Lauren Richardson is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in product support, customer implementation, and process improvement. Currently serving as a Product Support Specialist at Datacor, Inc. since December 2022, Lauren previously held the position of Senior Customer Implementation Specialist at Sidecar (acquired by Quartile), where responsibilities included managing project timelines and enhancing onboarding processes for various advertising channels. Earlier experiences encompassed roles at Milliken & Company as a Process Improvement Engineer, where Lauren reduced material waste, and at Virginia Tech, where Lauren supervised recreational sports facilities.
