Olamide Omuetha is a seasoned HR professional with over a decade of experience specializing in talent management, employee engagement, and performance optimization. As the Head of Human Resources at DataCose since 2023, Olamide develops and executes HR strategies that enhance employee engagement and productivity. Prior to this role, Olamide served as a Human Resources Manager at ZSoftware Tech and TRACE, where significant improvements in employee outcomes and operational efficiency were achieved. Olamide holds an MBA from Nexford University and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Lagos.
