Martin Adamec

Martin Adamec has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Martin began their career in 1995 as the Principal and Owner of Altaconnect. In 2004, they took on the role of TestLab Administrator at Xybion Medical Systems. In 2007, they became a Senior Back-End Developer at eFashionSolutions, where they developed an interactive customizer back-end in PHP and a promo system for sales discounts support. In 2008, they were appointed Head of Application Development at Tablet Inc., where they actively participated in the development of the back-end of a prime luxury and boutique hotel reservation site in Python. In 2011, they were hired as the Director of Software Engineering at WhipTail, where they led the development of a complex software stack. In 2013, they were appointed Manager of Software Engineering - CSPG at Cisco, where they built a team of 19 people in the US and 30 in India. In 2016, they took on the role of Senior Data Architect at Hutchin Hill Capital. Most recently, in 2018, they were appointed CTO and Head of Technology at DataDock Solutions.

Martin Adamec completed their Master of Engineering in Information Technology in Forestry from Technická univerzita vo Zvolene between 1981 and 1985.
