Alexandra Rallis

Alexandra Rallis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent development. Currently serving as the Director of Staff at Datadog since October 2022, Alexandra acts as the Chief of Staff for the Global Business Recruiting Team. Previously, at Meta from September 2017 to October 2022, Alexandra held the position of Director of Tech Learning, overseeing technical onboarding and development programs, and has held various leadership roles in recruitment and operations at Teach For America from June 2011 to September 2017, including Director of HR Strategy and Director of Recruitment & Diversity Initiatives. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Political Science with a Graduate Option in Gender and Women's Studies from McGill University and an Honors Bachelor of Social Science in Political Studies with a minor in Religious Studies from the University of Ottawa.
