Beth Skudzienski

Beth Skudzienski is a Senior Curriculum Manager in Sales Enablement at Datadog since November 2025, following experience as a Senior Instructional Designer at Board from July 2023 to November 2025, where the focus was on global sales and customer success training for new technologies. Prior to that, Beth worked at Meta from February 2022 to July 2023, initially as an Instructional Designer before advancing to a Senior role, creating training for AI features and enhancing product adoption through effective learning content. Additional instructional design experience includes a position at Kustomer and a tenure at Sacred Heart University, where responsibilities encompassed both instructional design and accessibility. Beth holds a Master of Arts from the University of Connecticut and has studied Learning Design and Technology at Harvard Extension School.
