Hang le

Hang Le is a design leader with extensive experience in driving innovation and shaping design strategies across various technology companies. Currently serving as Design Leadership at Datadog since May 2025, following the acquisition of Eppo by Datadog, Hang previously held the position of Head of Design at Eppo, where success included significant annual revenue growth and high user satisfaction ratings. Prior experience includes Director of Product Design at Dropbox, where Hang expanded the team and improved user experience metrics, Head of Design at Earnin, and UX Lead at Radius Intelligence, as well as earlier roles at SAP Labs and in various design positions. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design from RMIT University.
