Ian McIlwain

Ian McIlwain has extensive experience in customer success, partnerships, and business development across various organizations. Currently serving as VP of Customer Success for EMEA at Datadog, Ian previously held significant roles at Go1, including Global Head of Enterprise & Technology Partnerships and Head of Partner Development for EMEA. Ian also contributed to FutureLearn as VP of Partnerships & Business Development and Director of Development and Partnerships. At LinkedIn, Ian advanced from Sales Director for the UK and Ireland to Senior Sales Manager for the UK, Middle East, and Growth Markets. Ian's career began at Oracle Corporation, where key roles included Senior Business Operations Advisor and Area Manager for Applications & Technology Business Development. Academically, Ian holds a Master's degree in Cyber Psychology from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology and a BSc(Hons) in Environmental Management from Sheffield Hallam University.
