Kay Dobesh is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in product design and UX/UI. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Design at Datadog since June 2022, Kay oversees product design teams responsible for various platform experiences, including data visualizations and cloud service management features. Prior to Datadog, Kay held the position of Director of Product Design at Icreon Tech, where work included collaborating with notable clients such as Fox and Ferrari. Earlier career experiences as a Visual Designer at booj and a Web Designer at the Nebraska Nature & Visitors Center contributed to a solid foundation in design. Kay holds a Bachelor of Arts in New Media Journalism from Hastings College.
