Rick Vangrin

Rick Vangrin is an experienced sales leader with a strong track record in enterprise sales and team management. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Enterprise Sales at Datadog since January 2021, Vangrin oversees a team focused on acquiring large enterprise clients in Southern California. Prior roles include Sales Director at Qlik, where Vangrin successfully rebuilt the sales team and achieved significant sales quotas. Vangrin's experience spans several prominent companies including SugarCRM, IBM, Cognos, and Hyperion, with notable accomplishments such as multiple Sales Eminence Awards during a tenure at IBM and pioneering efforts in the financial applications market. Vangrin holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a BS in Marketing from San Diego State University.
