Vic Weiss

Vic Weiss is an accomplished engineering manager currently employed at Datadog since September 2024. Previously, Vic served as a founding engineer at Quotient AI from October 2023 to September 2024 and held the position of staff software engineer and tech lead manager at Thrive between April 2022 and October 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as a staff software engineer at Indigo from December 2018 to April 2022 and a software engineer at MITRE, where contributions advanced U.S. government capabilities in artificial intelligence and cybersecurity under a secret clearance. Vic's career also features notable roles at AMD, including developing a fault diagnostic system that significantly improved yield diagnostics and co-authoring an award-winning white paper.
