Venkata Reddy K has diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Resource Manager at Cyber World Solutions Inc before joining Forceites Pvt Ltd as an HR executive in 2006. From 2006 to 2014, they held various roles at Intergraph, including Executive, Sr. Executive, Lead Functional Consultant - HR, and HR Contractor.

In 2015, Venkata joined Hexagon Capability Center India as a Lead Functional Consultant, where they later served as a Senior Consultant HR and Manager - Talent Acquisition until 2022. At Hexagon, they gained expertise in HR and talent acquisition.

Prior to that, they completed their BSc degree in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry from Acharya Nagarjuna University between 1997 and 2000. Venkata also received their SSC degree in Maths and Physics from SKBMM High School in 1993-1994.
