Julie Wink-Davis

Julie Wink-Davis serves as the Executive Vice President at Xactus and UniversalCIS, both roles held since July 2021 following UniversalCIS's acquisition of DataFacts Lending Solutions. Julie has been a Board member at Data Facts since 1995, contributing to the organization's growth into a regional provider of consumer reporting services. Julie previously held leadership positions in various organizations, including President of My Credit My Future and roles within the National Consumer Reporting Association. In addition, Julie has served on the Board of Directors for the Nashville Mortgage Bankers Association and the Tennessee Mortgage Bankers Association. Julie earned a BA in Business, Sales & Marketing from the University of Memphis from 1989 to 1993.
