Led by the Chief Risk Officer and supported by senior leaders in compliance, human resources, and operations, the team develops policies and procedures that promote regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of risk awareness throughout the organization. They also conduct audits and assessments to safeguard the integrity of the lending solutions provided by the company.
