María Paz Cerón Carrera

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, education, and business management. Currently, Mariana serves as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since 2016, and previously operated Barbería El Galgo Negro as both Owner and Manager from 2017 to 2019. As a licensed nutritionist from 2016 to 2019, Mariana provided services in a private practice and also contributed to educational development as a university lecturer on subjects related to nutrition and food history.
