Anna Hanarz has accumulated a diverse range of work experiences spanning multiple industries. Anna started their career at Xerox as an Account Representative in 2010 and then moved on to work as an Advertising Operations Associate at Google Adwords Consultant in 2011. Afterwards, they joined Microsoft as a Search Specialist for the Nordic Market from 2012 to 2014. Anna then briefly worked at DreamCommerce S.A. as a Traffic Manager before joining INSIGMA IT Engineering GmbH as a Senior Customer Support Analyst from 2014 to 2018. At INSIGMA, they were responsible for supporting in-house apps and providing client software onboarding and maintenance. In 2018, Anna joined Cisco as a Virtual Customer Success Manager, where they focused on driving adoption and expansion strategies for Nordic, Benelux, and UKI customers. In 2019, they transitioned to DataFeedWatch, a company acquired by Cart.com, where they held the roles of Head of Customer Success | Manager of Nordics, optimizing data feeds and campaign results for shopping channels, and later became a Global Customer Success Manager. Currently, Anna is working at Cart.com as the Manager of their Global Customer Success Team.
Anna Hanarz began their education in 2000 at Jagiellonian University, where they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy. Anna successfully completed their degree in 2006. In 2007, Anna attended Niels Brock, where they obtained an AP Degree in Marketing Management with a specialization in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Anna completed their studies at Niels Brock in 2009. Additionally, Anna received two certifications: a Sales Enablement Certification from HubSpot, which they achieved in January 2019, and a Cisco Customer Success Manager Specialist certification, also obtained in January 2019 from Cisco.
