Arthur Valhuerdi

Senior Vice President at DataGryd Data Centers

Arthur Valhuerdi has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the telecommunications and data center industry. Starting in 1990 at Bell Atlantic as an Area Operations Manager, they later took on roles such as Vice President of Infrastructure at FiberNet Telecom Group and Vice President of Engineering at Zayo Colocation. Arthur also worked as a consultant, providing expertise in telecom infrastructure and feasibility studies. Valhuerdi then joined Datagryd Data Centers as the Vice President of Operations, where they developed new data center and operations architecture. Arthur continued to work in this capacity when the assets of Datagryd were purchased and rebranded as Hudson Interxchange, where they served as the Senior Vice President of Operations and later as the CTO. Additionally, Valhuerdi was a founding member of the Independent Data Center Alliance, where they engaged in joint initiatives to promote independent data center facilities.

Arthur Valhuerdi earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College between 1985 and 1989. Arthur later pursued a Master's degree in Information Systems Engineering at New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering from 1993 to 1995.
