Lea Rissi

Lea Rissi is a seasoned professional in data science and journalism, currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at Datahouse since August 2022, following roles as a Data Scientist and Data Science Intern. Prior experience includes working as a Data Journalist and Visual Storyteller at watson News from 2017 to 2022, and as an External Lecturer in Media Education and Computer Science at Pädagogische Hochschule Zürich between 2017 and 2020. Lea has also contributed as a Moderator and Editor at Radio Inside GmbH from 2014 to 2016 and began the career at Paul Scherrer Institut PSI as a Computer Scientist from 2009 to 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Applied Information and Data Science from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, a CAS in Data Journalism from MAZ, a Bachelor of Arts in Design from ZHdK, a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Advertising and Design from Ravensbourne University London, and an Informatikerin EFZ with Berufsmatura in Application Development from Berufsfachschule BBB Baden.
