Rick Kusumoto has a diverse work experience, which began in 1992 at Safeco where they worked as a Program Analyst until 1994. Rick then joined the Microsoft Headquarter Sales Group in 1996 as a Technology Specialist, a role they held until 2000. During this time, they also worked as a Director of Technical Operations at Capital Stream Inc. from 2000 to 2006. In this position, they managed hosting operations, internal IT, and a team of network engineers, database administrators, security officers, and IT staff. After leaving Capital Stream Inc., Kusumoto joined DataHouse as the Director of Technical Operations in 2006. Here, they oversaw IT service teams and assisted with IT infrastructure strategic planning and objectives.
