Trey Takahashi

Trey Takahashi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2013, they started as an Assistant Operations Manager at Jeans Warehouse Inc, where they managed multiple stores and led digital marketing efforts. From 2014 to 2018, Trey worked at HMSA, first as a Social Media Coordinator, then as a Consumer Solutions Project Analyst (Salesforce), and later as a Project Manager. In these roles, they developed social media strategies, facilitated Salesforce implementations, and managed cross-departmental programs. In 2021, Trey served as a Board Member at HMSA Employees FCU, overseeing the organization's financial condition and decision-making processes. From 2022 to 2023, Trey worked at Olomana Loomis ISC as the Director of Special Projects, leading teams in strategic marketing campaigns and Salesforce implementations. Most recently, they joined American Savings Bank in 2022 as a Salesforce Administrator, providing technical support and configuring Salesforce to meet the organization's needs. Trey Takahashi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from the International Academy of Design, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued Psychology at the University of Hawaii at Manoa from 2007 to 2011, although they did not complete a degree in that field. Additionally, Trey Takahashi has obtained various certifications, including Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Business Administration Specialist, Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist, Security Specialist, Professional Scrum Master (PSM) 1, Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant, Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA). These certifications were obtained between 2019 and 2022 from institutions such as Salesforce, Trailhead by Salesforce, Scrum.org, and Scrum Alliance.
