Alfousseyne Dembele

Alfousseyne Dembele, MSc, is an IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and cybersecurity. Currently serving as an IT Field Technician at Dataiku since May 2022, Alfousseyne previously worked as an IT Technician at WPP, where responsibilities included providing MacOS support, managing IT assets, and utilizing tools such as Zendesk and Office365 Admin. Prior experience includes roles at Itech Support Ltd/Kering as an Information Technology Technician, offering L2 support and managing network issues, and a brief stint as an Installation Technician at ASI System Integration, Inc. Alfousseyne holds a Master’s degree in Cyber Security from the University of Derby and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Old Dominion University. Additionally, tutoring in French was provided to students at Madison Area Technical College.
