Lucas de Fabry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in deal management and business transformation across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Deal Desk at Dataiku since August 2021, Lucas oversees the support for over 150 Global Account Executives, managing the entire proposal to order booking process. Prior to Dataiku, Lucas held the position of Quote to Cash Director at Couchbase, where a complete redesign of the SFDC CPQ system was implemented. A significant tenure at GE Healthcare saw Lucas rise from Project Manager to Director, leading major initiatives including the rollout of a new CPQ tool and enhancing product data management platforms, recognized as Innovator of the Year for contributions to Life Sciences. Early career at GE Healthcare involved managing CRM platform enhancements and product modeling in the European market, complemented by a brief experience at EVOSYS in analyzing software bugs for Air Traffic Control systems.
