Tim Yap

Tim Yap is a skilled Data Scientist and Training Specialist at Dataiku since September 2022. Previously, Tim served as a Data Analyst, Co-Instructor, and Content Creator at LePont, contributing significantly to the development of training materials and supporting students in their coursework while also engaging in research for new pedagogical approaches and organizing international events. Prior experience includes roles as a Data Training Assistant and Learning Manager, as well as a Tour Guide at Fat Tire Tours, and music education through teaching piano and violin at Opus Academy of Music. Tim's background includes project management as an Engineer at CLT Consult SDN BHD, coupled with an academic foundation in Mechatronics Engineering from Monash University and advanced studies in piano performance and conducting from École Normale de Musique de Paris.
