Hilary Malecha

Hilary Malecha is currently working as the Co-Founder and COO at Datalign Advisory since November 2021. She also holds the position of Co-Founder and Head of Revenue at the same company. Prior to this, she worked as an Advisor at Lemonade Projects from September 2020. Hilary is a Member of the Forbes Business Development Council since August 2020. She previously served as the VP Business Development & Strategic Partnerships at Cogo Labs from June 2017 to November 2021. Hilary also worked in various roles at companies such as Link Ventures, Brand Networks, and Northwestern Mutual. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management with a Finance Concentration from Boston University.
