Chad Cox

Chad Cox joined Dataline Systems in 2014 as a lead Data Processor. He quickly became recognized as a Subject Matter Expert because of his ability to analyze client data, facilitate client on-boarding and resolve client and/or production issues. Chad assumed the role of Data Processing Manager in 2016. In this role, he has implemented systematic quarterly training for Data Processing teammates, deepened client relationships, and motivated his Team to strive for excellence and continued growth. In 2019, Chad transitioned to Client Success Manager, and in this role, he managed multiple client projects and worked with internal stakeholders to implement improved intake and change management processes. Chad returned to operations in late 2020 as the Senior Operations Manager and became Director of Operations in late 2021. His concentration is on developing an elite operations team and continuous process improvement. Chad earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems Technology from Seminole State College. He has also received various programming certificates.
