John Hargett has over 20 years of extensive experience in database administration and data engineering, currently serving as a Data Engineering Manager at DataLink Software since January 2010, where John oversees a 10-person BI team and has significantly enhanced patient data security through a SQL Server 2016 Always On encryption scheme. Previous roles include DBA positions at Sterling Payment Technologies and Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, where John established maintenance plans and managed active directory accounts, respectively.
