Richie Cao

Richie Cao is an experienced Reports Developer II and Data Engineer at DataLink Software since April 2019, specializing in maintaining stored procedures and RDLs with SSMS and SSRS, as well as designing complex financial and audit reports. Prior to this role, Richie operated as a Junior Reports Developer, where responsibilities included report creation, teamwork in Agile environments, and internal dashboard development using PowerBI. Richie also held various positions at Link-Systems International, Inc. from February 2013 to February 2017, including Project Manager and Production Coordinator, overseeing programming teams and project deliverables, as well as serving as a Content Developer focused on coding and quality assurance of educational materials. Education includes ongoing studies at the University of South Florida, along with a High School Diploma in Technology from the Center for Advanced Technologies.
