Kevin McNeill

Kevin McNeill started their work experience in 1993 as a Scuba Dive Instructor for the Professional Association of Diving Instructors in Egypt. Kevin then worked as an IT Consultant for Software Labs from 1994 to 1995 and as a Consultant for Comset LaserTech from 1994 to 1996. In 1995, Kevin became an IT Consultant for Kemper Insurance.

In 1996, Kevin became the CEO of Datalogics, a software and cloud services company specializing in enterprise PDF technology and document transformation solutions. Kevin remained in this role until the present.

In 2015, Kevin founded Bluesky Capital LLC, and in 2017, they founded Lionshead Capital LLC, both of which provide financial services related to real estate.

Most recently, in 2019, Kevin founded Northwoods Investment Trust, which offers short-term funding for real estate investors with distressed properties.

Kevin McNeill earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from UC San Diego, which they completed from 1986 to 1990. Kevin then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, completing it between 1996 and 1998. In addition to their formal education, Kevin obtained a certification in Agile Product Management from 280Group.
