Zach Paul

Zach Paul is a co-founder and CEO of Retentive Labs, specializing in developing enterprise generative AI solutions since September 2023. Concurrently, Zach co-founded SigmaOne and serves as an advisor at Datalogz and on the advisory board of EDai. In addition, Zach leads data and AI engineering efforts as Team Lead at Hyland, participating in the internal marketing Gen AI council, and previously contributed as a Platform Data Engineer. As Chief Data Officer and Director of Data Science at Kirtland Hills Capital, Zach oversees machine learning operations and investment data consulting, while also being a licensed financial advisor. Zach's prior experience includes roles as a Senior Data Analytics Consultant at Lovelytics, an NFL Free Agent, and various engineering positions. Educationally, Zach holds a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Quantitative Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron.
