John-Michael Genco

John-Michael Genco is an experienced account manager at Centerfield Insurance Services, formerly known as Datalot, since July 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Member Experience Specialist at Retro Fitness from October 2014 to March 2021, where John-Michael collaborated with executive leadership to develop enterprise-wide marketing strategies. Additionally, John-Michael was the Assistant Director of Operations at Let's Yo! Yogurt from October 2011 to September 2014, overseeing day-to-day operations of a successful pilot store and maintaining high sales levels. As Corporate General Manager, John-Michael created and implemented operational policies for 32 franchise locations and managed a diverse team. John-Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Rutgers University, completed in 2011.
