Cesar Lozano

Cesar Lozano is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in strategic planning and execution, currently serving as the Director of Operations at DATAMARK, Inc. since January 2018. In this role, Cesar is responsible for overseeing Contact Center Operations and driving business growth through effective operational governance. Prior to this, Cesar held various leadership positions, including Director of Facilities Planning and Director of Transition and Project Management, where responsibilities included global facilities management, market analysis, and project oversight. With a background as Vice President at Genpact, Cesar managed operations across Latin America and significantly enhanced customer satisfaction and revenue. Cesar began a career at GE Capital, becoming the first Six Sigma Black Belt certified in Mexico while developing operations in engineering and quality assurance. Cesar holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Interamericana del Norte.
