Manuel Correa

Manuel Correa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contact center management, business process optimization, and production supervision. Currently serving as the Contact Center Business Application Administrator at DATAMARK, Inc. since October 2015, Manuel focuses on enhancing productivity and cost efficiency within the contact center. Previously, roles included Software Quality Manager and Business Engineer II, where the emphasis was on improving internal and client operations.
