Mario G. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Mario started their career as a Shift Leader at TECNA before moving on to ELTEK Group as a Production Manager. Mario then joined Ompas as the Head of the Molding Department before returning to ELTEK Group as a Production Manager. Mario later joined Trelleborg Sealing Solutions in Livorno and Shanghai as a Production Manager, where they were responsible for managing staff and ensuring targets and quality standards were met. Mario then served as an Operations Manager at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, Stein am Rhein, where they learned the silicone molding process. Mario also worked as an Operations Manager at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions in Northborough, MA, overseeing the implementation of new manufacturing technology and coordinating operations with a sister company. Mario then joined ATS components as a Plant Manager before their current role as the Operations Director at Datamars.
