Elene Melikishvili

Elene Melikishvili, PhD, is an experienced professional currently serving as a DE SME Manager for Eastern Europe at Dataminr since January 2022. Prior to this role, Elene worked at Praetorian Connections Ltd from October 2019 to January 2022, focusing on political risk analysis, due diligence, and country risk analysis. Elene holds a Doctor of Philosophy in International Relations from King's College London, earned between 2012 and 2018, as well as a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Webster University, completed in March 2011. Additionally, Elene obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Georgian Technical University in January 2001.
