Michael Morgan

Michael Morgan is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in both private and public sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Phillips 66 since February 2021, Michael manages the company's Information Security and Policies program while establishing a strategic vision for cybersecurity. Additional roles include advising Dataminr's Corporate Market Advisory Board, participating as a Villager in Team8's global cybersecurity community, and advising NightDragon in identifying leading companies in cybersecurity. Michael's previous experience includes a distinguished 23-year career as a Special Agent with the FBI, where responsibilities ranged from cybersecurity expertise to crisis management and counterintelligence. Michael's educational background includes a Chief Information Security Officer Executive Program from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master's of Jurisprudence in Intellectual Property Law and Cyber Security from Seton Hall University.
