Jaap Gielink

Jaap Gielink is the Co-founder and CEO of Datamonk, specializing in healthcare data migrations through the Agentic Migration Platform, which accelerates PACS migrations significantly. With a career spanning multiple tech start-ups and scale-ups since 2012, Jaap has a diverse expertise in leadership, scaling businesses, and mergers and acquisitions. Previous experience includes roles at Alliander, Nutreco, and Valcon, where responsibilities ranged from business control to managing integration processes for buy-and-build strategies. Jaap holds multiple degrees, including an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a BSc/MSc in Business Economics from Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen. In personal pursuits, Jaap enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, swimming, and learning piano.
