Matt Harrell

Matt Harrell brings over 23 years of experience in the software industry with expertise in building high-performing direct and indirect go-to-market sales teams. Matt is currently Global Head of Channel Sales & Alliances at Cloudflare, a leading provider of cloud-based security, performance, and reliability solutions backed by Google, Microsoft, and Baidu (IPO: NET). In this role, Matt is responsible for building the global partner ecosystem, including owning the channel sales target, leading channel recruitment across various channel types including ISVs, GSIs, Service Providers, MSPs, SI’s, and VARs, and the development of disruptive partner models that can drive significant scale to the business.

Prior to joining Cloudflare, Matt spent 9.5 years at Google Cloud, where he most recently built and led a team of 30 Channel Sales Managers and Partner Development Managers responsible for developing the channel ecosystem for Google Cloud Platform and G Suite across the Americas. Prior to running channels at Google Cloud, Matt spent 17 years in various sales leadership positions at Google, Symantec, Advent Software, and Inktomi.
