Roshini Amaranayake

Roshini Amaranayake is an experienced Business Analyst with over five years of experience. Roshini began their career in 2016 as an Associate Business Analyst with findmyfare, where they built a communication bridge between clients and internal stakeholders, engaged clients to gather software requirements/business rules, and drafted and maintained business requirements. Roshini was then promoted to Business Analyst, where they worked as the lead analyst in Customer Relationship Management and analyzed finance domain and designed solutions to cater to clients' mission critical business requirements. In 2021, they joined DATAMTX LLC as a Senior Business Analyst, where they serve as a Subject Matter Expert, Business Analyst, and Product Owner. Roshini helps clients understand the best mix of technologies, solutions, and services and how they can be delivered to maximize business value. Roshini also performs business process gap analysis and manages requirement change, as well as analyzes business requirements and translates them into functional specifications by creating SRS, Use Case, and UML documents. Roshini carries out all the scrum ceremonies and performs in a scrum master capacity in scrum meetings and retrospectives.

Roshini Amaranayake completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from SLIIT from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended St Lawrence's Convent from 1999 to 2009.
