Agata Kowalska

Agata Kowalska is a seasoned legal expert and entrepreneur, serving as Co-founder and Managing Partner at CK LEGAL since September 2010. Kowalska specializes in legal services for VC/PE investments across various sectors, asset and wealth management, and start-up law, demonstrating a strong proficiency in IPOs and corporate due diligence. In addition to leading CK LEGAL, Kowalska holds several prestigious positions, including Vice Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board at IZOBLOK Capital Group and Governance Chair at the Entrepreneurs' Organization, among other roles in supervisory boards and audit committees. Kowalska’s academic background includes a Master of Laws from Jagiellonian University and a legal counsel certification from the Circuit Chamber of Legal Counsel in Krakow.
