From 1998 to 2002, they were the CEO of the Consumer Products Division of NS Trading Worldwide, where they reduced operating costs by 30%. From 2002 to 2005, they were the Senior Vice President of TP International for Teleperformance, where they led sales expansion from $190M to $250M. From 2005 to 2008, they were the Managing Director for Atento, where they grew revenue from $43M to $75M. From 2008 to 2011, they were the Chief Operations Officer for the Latin American region of Sitel, where they led a dramatic profitability increase from $14M to $32M. From 2011 to 2017, they were the Chief Operations Officer for the Americas at Sitel, where they re-engineered a major business unit with a P&L of $550M. Finally, from 2019 to 2022, they were a Partner at G-S-D Group, where they supported BD and Account Management functions for a GROUNDED AI technology company.
Raul Navarro completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Miami Herbert Business School. Raul also attended The Wharton School, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Raul Navarro earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Kentucky.
