MacFaren Marsh

Macfaren Marsh is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at DataOrbis since May 2023 and has been serving as a volunteer Rugby Coach at the South African College School since April 2021. Prior to DataOrbis, Macfaren held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at The Delta from July 2022 to May 2023, where responsibilities included recruiting for various locations including South Africa, Germany, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Spain. Macfaren also worked as an Account Manager at OfferZen, where the recruitment model was reversed to focus on candidate engagement. Experience extends to roles as an International Admissions Counselor at 2U, Inc. and as an International Course Consultant at GetSmarter, along with event management and hospitality roles at Ignite Events. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Politics, Public Policy & Administration from the University of Cape Town, following studies at Wynberg Boys' High School.
