Marshall Rownd

Marshall Rownd has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Marshall started their career in 1999 as a Pager Technician at Beeperman, where they worked until 2003. From 2001 to 2003, they served as an I.T. Manager at Mid-Valley Engineering, handling both end user PC support and server/network support. Marshall then worked as a Level II PC Technician at A. Teichert & Sons, Inc. in 2003. Marshall joined O'Dell Engineering in 2004 as an I.T. Manager, focusing on end user PC support and server/network improvement. Marshall later worked at Fire2wire as a Network Consultant from 2007 to 2012. During the same period, they also served as a Producer at Clear Channel Radio. Marshall's most recent role is at Datapath, where they first served as a Support Technician Level II in 2012 before advancing to Project Engineer in 2013, and subsequently becoming a Project Manager in 2016. Marshall then took on the role of Connectwise Automate/Labtech Administrator in 2017, and currently serves as the Director of IT from March 2022.

In 2000, Marshall Rownd obtained an AS degree in Computer Networking Systems from ITT Technical Institute. In 2016, Marshall completed the CJIS Security Test through the Office of the Attorney General/California Department of Justice. Marshall also received multiple certifications, including Connectwise Automate Certified Professional in March 2019 and Connectwise Automate Certified Expert in August 2018. Additionally, Marshall obtained certifications from Microsoft and Dell in the years 2003, 2013, and 2014. Marshall attended Connectwise University at various times between 2016 and 2020, specializing in Connectwise Automate and obtaining degrees in Administrator, Implementation, and Service Technician.
