Anand V Iyer

Anand V Iyer has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. Anand V is currently working as a Co-Founder at DataPelago since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Samsung Electronics as a Product Planning Director from October 2017 to March 2021. Before Samsung Electronics, they were employed at Broadcom Inc. as a Product Director from 2013 to 2017. At Broadcom, they gained extensive experience in working with cloud providers and the mobile ecosystem, with a focus on defining and driving processor and wireless products. Anand V also had responsibilities in data center and cloud segment ownership and product management for Vulcan ARM Server CPU.

Prior to Broadcom, Anand worked at Tensilica in the role of Products and Strategy from 2012 to 2013. Anand V also has experience at Cavium Inc., where they worked as a Product Line Management from 2009 to 2012 and as an SoC Design Engineer from 2001 to 2009. Anand began their career as a CPU Design Engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation (USA) from 1997 to 2001. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong technical knowledge in CPU architecture, data center workloads, distributed computing, networking, and storage. Anand V has also been involved in various product management, strategy, and planning activities, including customer engagement, competitive analysis, and resource planning.

Anand V Iyer holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from PSG College of Technology. Anand V further pursued their education and obtained an MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
