Ashley Marie Philip, M.A. SHRM-CP has a wealth of experience in the HR and talent acquisition field. Ashley Marie began their career in 2016 as an Intern at Charter School Business Management Inc., where they conducted research on compensation and benefits and created PowerPoint presentations for clients and top management. Ashley Marie then held a Graduate Student Research Assistant role at Hofstra University in 2016, where they conducted research, collected research articles, and organized them into folders.
