Aaron Lawson is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system support and server monitoring. Currently serving as a Support Technician Level II at Rackspace since November 2017, Aaron is responsible for monitoring server activity using Nagios, Observer, and EM7, as well as providing tier two troubleshooting support for over 800 clients. Prior experience includes roles as a Global Resource Engineer at Datapipe, where similar monitoring and configuration tasks were performed, and as a Technical Services Technician at LayeredTech. Aaron also has experience as a System Analyst at both IBM and Hallmark Cards, with responsibilities including overnight system support and code release management. A graduate of Centerville High School, Aaron has developed a comprehensive skill set in IT support and server management over a career spanning more than two decades.
